POSITION SUMMARY

Ecology Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a professional and organized bi-lingual (English/Spanish) Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Corporate HQ in Cerritos, CA. The Front Desk Receptionist will play a crucial role in providing exceptional clerical and administrative support. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients, visitors, and team members.

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/CRITICAL SKILLS

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role.
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) or fluent capabilities (read, write, speak) in Spanish.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Experience with phone systems and office equipment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

COMPENSATION

The Front Desk Receptionist position offers a competitive wage ranging from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour. The final hourly rate will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills.   • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain a neat and organized front office environment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Coordinate meeting room reservations and assist with meeting preparations.
