Description:

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Proficient in data entry with excellent attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers) and computer software applications.
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
    Job Type: Part-time
    Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel and taking messages as needed.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Assist with filing and organizing office documents to ensure easy retrieval.
  • Support administrative functions such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a positive first impression for all visitors.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow.
