Front Desk Receptionist Responsibilities
- Creates a welcoming environment by greeting guests, answering phone calls, directing visitors, and taking messages for employees
- Takes customer complaints or issues and pass them on to the appropriate parties
- Creates and distributes company memos through email, letters, or telephone calls
- Schedules and maintains the calendar of company executives
- Coordinates the booking and setting up of meeting rooms
- Organizes and files company documents either electronically or with a paper filing system
- Receiving deposit cheques and providing deposit receipts
- Upload and distribute marketing material on Social Media Platform and with emails
- Provides support for teams when necessary
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.55-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Markham, ON L3R0M3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (preferred)
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- Mandarin (required)
