Description:

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a welcoming environment. Hours include some day shifts (9am-5pm), some evening shifts (5pm-9pm) and some weekend shifts (Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 10am-4pm).

REQUIREMENTS

  • Perform data entry tasks accurately, including filing and updating client records.
  • Utilize Broker Bay for scheduling appointments.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as managing correspondence and maintaining office supplies.
  • Support sales staff by utilizing Skyslope, Webforms, TRREB.
  • Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
  • Organized front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience as a real estate receptionist is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Broker Bay, Skyslope, Webforms, TRREB add/edit is essential.
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail are required for accurate data entry and filing.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
