Description:
La Marca Salon & Barber is looking for a enthusiastic, energetic, and organized coordinator, who loves to create an excellent customer experience for our clients. The full time receptionist will have a variety of front desk responsibilities including answering phones, inquiries, setting appointments, etc. As well as on the Floor Responsibilities, ensuring customer satisfaction and improving SALES. To support and Grow the salon business and our service providers business by offering opportunities to our clients. Must be flexible and readily available for scheduling Monday-Friday 930am-830pm and Saturdays 9am-530pm
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must Have previous SALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE experience
Previous Receptionist experience ( Preferred)
Must be an Extravert ,Enthusiastic and Passionate for the industry
Professional and eager to learn
Friendly and display great customer service
Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
Team Sales and productivity are the Forefront
Pre-booking and Retailing
Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the salon
Answer incoming calls & confirm appointments
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone
Recommend products based on individual client needs
Receiving weekly shipments, sort and organize products
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, printing and managing staff weekly sales totals
Additional duties as required
