WHO ARE WE AND WHAT DO WE DO

We are a multinational company, with areas of expertise focused on Information Systems, namely in the development and implementation of business solutions based on Microsoft tools, with special emphasis on integrated management solutions (ERP’s).

THESE HARD SKILLS:

  • Completed Secondary Education; a technical course or higher education in related fields is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in administrative roles.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience handling reservations for accommodations and travel.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Fluency in written and oral English and Portuguese.

  • Aptitude in communicating and a good interpersonal relationship skill set;
  • Capacity and Talent for resources management (time, human and material);
  • Good personal presentation;
  • Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Sense of responsibility and autonomy;

This experience level:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in similar administrative roles

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and assisting customers, visitors and employees.
  • Handle telephone calls and route them appropriately.
  • Respond to emails and other forms of communication.
  • Maintaining the calendar of meetings and conference rooms.
  • Helping with administrative tasks, such as archiving and digitising documents.
  • Coordinating the incoming and outgoing mail and parcels.
  • Carry out external services whenever necessary.
  • Handling accommodation and travel bookings.
  • Keeping the reception area clean and organized.
  • Ensure the maintenance of the office.
  • Supporting the organisation of events and meetings.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficiency.

This experience level:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in similar administrative roles.
