Position: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Location: Melody Music Institute, Abu Dhabi

MMI is a well reputed, vibrant and dynamic institution dedicated to fostering a passion for music education and artistic expression. Our school offers a diverse range of music programs, lessons, and events to inspire and nurture the musical talents of our students. We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team and contribute to the positive atmosphere of our music school.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and Assisting Visitors:
  • Greet students, parents, and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Provide information about the school’s programs, classes, and events.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate classrooms, studios, or faculty members.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in scheduling lessons, rehearsals, and events.
  • Maintain organized records of student registrations, attendance, reports and other administrative tasks.
  • Facility Management:
  • Oversee the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Coordinate with other staff to ensure the smooth flow of activities within the school.
  • Student and Parent Relations:
  • Build positive relationships with students and parents.
  • Provide assistance and information regarding tuition, policies, and other inquiries.
  • Event Coordination:
  • Assist in planning and organizing events conducted by MMI.
  • Collaboration with Faculty:
  • Work closely with music teachers and staff to support their administrative needs.
  • Facilitate communication between faculty, students, and parents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Previous experience in a reception or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using office software and and well versed in MS office.
