Description:
As Softub Canada’s receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for our company. You will be in charge of greeting and assisting customers, as well as coordinating front desk activities.
To be successful in this role you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, great customer service skills, and competency in Microsoft Office applications. Prior experience as a receptionist is an asset.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week

Responsibilities:
-Greet customers with a positive and helpful demeanour
-Answer, screen and forward phone calls
-Provide basic and accurate information to customers in-person or via phone and email
-Keep detailed and accurate records of customer inquiries
-Complete administrative tasks such as filing, printing materials, taking meeting notes and preparing invoices
-Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, restock inventory as needed
