Description:

  • Ensure the center is prepared daily by completing opening and closing checklists.
  • Address client concerns regarding internet connections, utilities, telephone connections, and incoming facsimiles.
  • Serve refreshments and provide exceptional client service.
  • Manage mail and call handling for vOffice and clients.
  • Update facility booking records and assist with client requests promptly.
  • Serve as a liaison between office representatives and third parties.
  • File contracts and documents and assist the Centre Team as needed.
  • Support other departments, including sales and event representation.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
