Description:
- Ensure the center is prepared daily by completing opening and closing checklists.
- Address client concerns regarding internet connections, utilities, telephone connections, and incoming facsimiles.
- Serve refreshments and provide exceptional client service.
- Manage mail and call handling for vOffice and clients.
- Update facility booking records and assist with client requests promptly.
- Serve as a liaison between office representatives and third parties.
- File contracts and documents and assist the Centre Team as needed.
- Support other departments, including sales and event representation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
