Davidson is seeking an entry-level Front Desk Security Administrator to provide support to employees at the corporate office in Huntsville, AL. Because this is a highly collaborative role with site responsibilities, this position is classified as 100% onsite. This means the successful candidate will be expected to report in office at our Redstone Gateway office in Huntsville, AL.

Responsibilities:



    • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including but not limited to, answering phones, screen and direct calls, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, making travel arrangements and expense reporting.

    • Assist the Facilities and Security team with daily tasks.
    • Assist with shipping and receiving.
    • This position acts as an ambassador for Davidson by providing Visitor Control services for guests, visitors and vendors including utilizing DISS/NBIS databases, processing incoming and outgoing visit requests, making badges, and supporting meetings.
    • Written and verbal communication with executives, senior leaders, individual contributors, external customers and vendors to gather or convey relevant information.
    • Handle incoming inquiries and providing necessary information and/or directing them to the appropriate resource.
    • Assist with scheduling, organizing and execution of site events
    • Assist with the inventory, ordering, restocking, and set-up of site supplies (office supplies, coffee bar supplies, etc.).
    • Other duties as assigned.
