Description:

We are currently seeking Front Desk Staff for shifts Monday-Friday from 5:30am-4pm and Saturday & Sunday from 7:45am-6pm.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Previous customer service, sales, or related experience
  • Basic knowledge of computers

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent service to members, guests, and program participants
  • Build relationships and help members connect with each other and the YMCA
  • Ensure facility security and enforce policies
  • Conduct tours, sell memberships, and handle program registrations
  • Accurately conduct financial transactions and resolve membership concerns
  • Perform other duties as assigned
