WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, independent and a team player with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role and/or administrative experience
- Has a strong acumen when it comes to leadership, organization and thinking outside the box
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Experience with CDK, Deskit and Excel is a strong asset.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise the operations of Front Desk Administration
- Supervise the Sales Lot Attendants in order to ensure smooth operation and timely completion of tasks
- Supervise Part-Time Front Desk Coordinators
- Work with all management teams to provide insight on cross-department functionality when it comes to aiding with guests and employees under span of control
- Complete and provide oversight on daily tasks delegated by management
- Managing vehicle inventory of new and used vehicles (i.e. input new and used vehicles into system, assign stock numbers to vehicles, create inventory records and maintain stock books)
- Perform other various tasks that encompass the role
