Description:
We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead with a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in developing scalable, high-performance applications and leading cross-functional teams. The role includes designing robust system architectures, mentoring developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain server-side applications using Spring Boot, Java, Node.js, and GraphQL.
- Architect cloud-based solutions utilizing AWS and deploying infrastructure as code with Terraform.
- Experience in code scanning using SonarQube and JFrog Xray.
- Implement deployment pipelines using Azure CI/CD pipelines.
- Utilize Docker and Kubernetes (EKS) for containerization and orchestration to enhance deployment scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end, back-end, QA, and DevOps, to ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Provide mentorship to developers, promoting a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Develop front-end applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks like Angular and React.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and fault tolerance through the application of design patterns and best practices.
- Make high-level technical decisions and contribute to system architecture.
- Manage source control and deployment processes using GitHub.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in back-end technologies: Spring Boot, Java, Node.js, and GraphQL.
- Experience in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, and React.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms: AWS (Preferred) and Azure.
- Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Expertise in architectural design patterns, scalability, and fault-tolerant system design.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and mentoring developers.
- Solid understanding of version control (GitHub) and DevOps best practices.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $34.67/hour - $54.18/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
