    In this Tech Lead role, you will

  • Deliver complex digital experience solutions to our customers and focus on those experiences being relevant, accessible, resilient, and simple.

  • Apply your engineering skills to make our digital channels as user-friendly as possible, and to make our customer experience a fantastic ride
  • Coaching & mentoring of team to uplift skills and knowledge to perform their role to be compliant with FSRA requirements and external legislation in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Execute & drive hands-on design, implementation of best practice CI/CD across the Domain
  • Shape, design, develop, support & implement software delivery in alignment with the roadmap
  • Maintain an understanding of best practice practices within own specialist area, and IT in general
