Job Description
We are looking for a creative and skilled Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Front-End Developer, you will play a key role in building intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that ensure a seamless user experience. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about web technologies, enjoys crafting user-centered design, and has a strong eye for detail.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in front-end development with a solid understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

• JavaScript Frameworks: Proficiency with one or more JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.

• Responsive Design: Strong knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Version Control: Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Browser Testing and Debugging: Familiarity with tools and best practices for cross-browser testing and debugging.
• User-Centered Design: Ability to work from Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools to transform design mockups into code.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, well-tested code.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• UI/UX Design Knowledge: Familiarity with basic design principles and the ability to work with designers to enhance UX.

• Performance Optimization: Knowledge of front-end performance optimization techniques.

• APIs: Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating back-end services.
• Frameworks and Libraries: Knowledge of additional front-end libraries and tools such as Redux, SASS, TailwindCSS, or Bootstrap.
• Testing: Experience with front-end testing frameworks, such as Jest or Cypress, is a plus.

• UI Development: Develop and maintain responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).

• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver engaging, high-performance applications.

• Optimization: Ensure high-quality user experiences by optimizing components for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code with a focus on best practices in front-end development.
• User Experience: Implement UI designs and interactions, contributing to the development of seamless and visually pleasing user experiences.
• Testing and Debugging: Test front-end code for usability, performance, and accessibility, ensuring a polished final product.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and best practices to help drive innovation.
