ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Front-End Developer who thrives in greenfield projects and is passionate about creating great user experiences with React. In this role, you’ll transform user-centric designs into functional and elegant interfaces. Your work will be instrumental in building a new application that prioritizes intuitive workflows, scalability, and modern design principles.

This is a unique opportunity to:

• Be part of the complete development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, for a brand-new application.
• Work alongside a dynamic team of developers and designers in a collaborative and agile environment.
• Help define best practices and influence the technical direction of our front-end architecture

YOUR TOP SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• React Expertise: Thorough hands-on experience with React, including hooks, state management, and component-driven architecture
• Proficient in Front-End Technologies: Fluent in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Design Collaboration: Enjoys collaborating closely with UX designers throughout the entire process, from initial idea to code, transforming Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD designs into functional and user-friendly interfaces.
• Testing and Debugging: Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Vitest) and debugging tools.
• Version Control: Proficient in Git for collaborative development workflows.
• Accessibility: It’s a given for you, that your code is accessible.

• Maintain Design Fidelity: Ensure the design vision is upheld while providing feedback to refine user experiences.
• Optimize Performance: Focus on creating fast, scalable, and responsive applications that perform seamlessly across devices.
• Iterate Quickly: Work in an agile environment, delivering incremental updates based on team and user feedback.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with back-end developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive, high-quality features.
