This position serves as a Front End Development Analyst performing difficult and specialized professional work in IT web applications services. In this role you will coordinate, conduct, plan, analyze, evaluate designs, develop, test, document, implement, and maintain average complexity applications/websites on-site and at user facilities using designated software/programming language for the database design, program design, and the supplied support tools for testing the new application/processes while utilizing the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). In addition you will serve as a project lead on average complexity projects, across multiple agencies and locations and serve as a developer on smaller projects/assignments. This position also serves as a team member participating in the evaluation of new application/website requests and related technology to anticipate the probable impact on future and current information systems. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to four (4) years of college with course work in computer science or directly related fields.
- Requires one (1) year of professional experience in Web Services or a related Information Technology field.
SPECIALIZED SKILLS
- Requires one (1) year of professional experience with application development.
- Requires one (1) year of professional experience developing and providing application and user support utilizing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Campaign, Adobe Forms.
- Requires one (1) year of professional experience with Java, JQuery, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Photoshop, Microsoft SQL Server, and SQL Reporting Services.
- Requires one (1) year of professional experience with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (IN ORDER OF SIGNIFICANCE)
