Deloitte is looking for a Front-end Development Lead to join its talented Engineering team to help deliver cutting edge products that are used by tens of thousands of practitioners across the firm.
CONNECT TO YOUR SKILLS AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience as a Front-end Developer, with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Demonstrable experience of delivering solutions with modern JavaScript frameworks, such as React, Svelte or Vue.
- Experience of WebAPI.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers.
- Solid understanding of responsive web design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git, and front-end build tools like Webpack or Gulp.
- Experience leading a technical team would be desirable.
- Experience working with an agile framework.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for development of performant, high-quality and responsive web applications.
- Leadership of a small team of developers, with a focus on supporting their personal growth.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to technical discussions.
- Assist in identifying and implementing front-end development process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end development trends, technologies, and best practices
