We are looking for a Software Developer to join the Home Builder Tools/Collaboration Table team at Paradigm as we build a next generation platform for Home Builders to manage their projects, connect with their customers, and collaborate with their teams. You will build new features and enhancements for an extremely successful platform that is being used by 10’s of thousands of homebuilders across the United States today, as we invest significantly in the growth of this platform to reach a new set of users. You will be part of a team transforming the homebuilding industry, with truly next generation capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- You will implement new features and enhancements for our application, running on Azure with a React front end and Python back end.
- You will participate in daily standups, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives. You will collaborate with peers and lead developers, releasing to production frequently.
- You will work with product management to understand product goals and suggest solution approaches for achieving those goals.
- You will write unit tests, and ensure your code performs well and meets all functional requirements.
- You will participate in code reviews with other project team members, and adhere to style guidelines and best practices suggested by team leads.
- You will be responsible for supporting and investigating issues involving released software.
