Description:
Methods are recruiting for a Front of House Facilities Administration Assistant (Intern) to join us in our London Office on a 12-month fixed term contract with a possible extension. We are looking for immediately available candidates.
DESCRIPTION:
As a Front of House and Facilities Administration Assistant (Intern) you will be the face of the company to guests while supporting seamless operations throughout the office. You will be a resourceful team member, managing guest experience from the first point of contact and contribute to our strong organisational brand.

EXPERIENCE:
- Graduate level education preferred
SKILLS:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both spoken and written
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel,
- Good general technology skills
- Great numeracy and communicative skills
- Drive and enthusiasm with a positive attitude and attention to details
Responsibilities:
- Raising purchase orders relating to the day to day activities of the company and tracking these using Salesforce
- Creating colleague travel/accommodation accounts
- Assist with the organisation and running of company events as required
- Ensuring all calls are answered promptly and professionally
- Facilitating office tours for new colleagues
- Act as a fire marshal and first aider following training
- Ensuring any deliveries are received and stored accordingly
Responsibilities:Front of house:
- Act as a receptionist for all visitors
- Welcoming guests and clients to Methods in a professional and friendly manner
- Assisting in the coordination of meetings and room preparation, providing beverages for guests
- Ensure proactive management of work spaces to ensure they remain functional, tidy and ready for use
- Proactively managing stock/stationary supplies
