Location: Pall Corporation

• As a Front of House Assistant you will be at the heart of our operations in a busy workplace restaurant, providing great food and coffee for our customers. You will be working in a team full of fantastic people. It does not matter if have not worked as a Front of House Assistant before, what matters the most is that you have a passion for great customer service and take pride in everything that you do and most importantly, you are willing to learn.
• Service – serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner. Ensure that guests’ needs and requests are efficiently and effectively addressed.
• Customer Service - provide excellent service by being attentive to customers’ needs at every point on their customer journey. Answering questions and addressing any concerns or issues in a friendly manner.
• Teamwork - collaborate with all other staff to ensure the smooth flow of operations and support and contribute to creating an inclusive and safe working environment Adherence to Regulations - comply with health and safety regulations, as well as any specific food service or catering guidelines established on location.
• Cleanliness - maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas, to work in the Back of House area of the kitchen ensuring the area is kept clean & tidy at all times.
