JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your primary responsibilities will involve assisting customers, managing orders, and maintaining a high standard of hospitality throughout the venue.

SKILLS

  • Strong understanding of food safety practices is essential.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is advantageous.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Basic maths skills for processing payments accurately.
  • Bartending experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key.
  • A passion for helping others and providing outstanding customer service is vital for success in this role.

    Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
    Pay: £7.50-£11.50 per hour
    Expected hours: 3 – 4 per week

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
  • Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards.
  • Assist with the setup and clearing of tables, ensuring a tidy dining area.
  • Handle cash and card transactions, performing basic maths to ensure accuracy in billing.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any customer concerns promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations.
  • Provide support during busy periods, demonstrating excellent time management skills to enhance guest experience.
