Description:
WAXON is looking for the perfect candidate for our new Front of House Coordinator role. This person will radiate positivity and has superior client experience skills. This person is responsible for the smooth operations at the front of house and is measured on the overall success of the location in the following categories:
- Client Experience
- Client Loyalty Conversion & Rebooks
The Front of House Coordinator summary of responsibilities:
- Running the front the front of house and all tasks associated with maintaining the highest level of client experience for all WAXON Clients
- Front of house coordination in managing appointments, phone calls & emails
- Meeting sales expectations in loyalty & rebook conversion
- Dealing with lower-level client complaints and following WAXON protocols for client resolution
- Managing the Guest Service team and ensuring they are meeting performance expectations
- Hosting weekly one on one’s with Guest service team
- Managing the Guest service team schedules and remaining on budget
- Administrative tasks within the Zenoti system
- Assisting the RM in monthly Inventory tasks
- Some reporting & banking responsibilities
