Description:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Front of House (FOH) Supervisor to ensure that the restaurant’s daily operations run smoothly according to Naan and Kabob’s standards. The FOH Supervisor oversees kitchen personnel, equipment, and assumes the responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager in that employee’s absence.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in cashiering, customer service, and quick-service restaurant environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated passion for customer service and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Impeccable attention to detail and ability to quickly think on your feet
- Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills
- Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations, multitask, and prioritize work while remaining flexible to address new issues as they arise

Responsibilities:
- Supervises all employees present during assigned shift to assure delivery of high-level customer service and product quality
- Ensures that all employees and restaurant operations adhere to proper food handling, sanitation, safety, and security guidelines prescribed by the company’s policies and procedures
- Assists in the training and development of employees in line with the company’s standards
- Communicates any problems to immediate management and resolves where possible while adhering to company policies and procedures
- Accurately completes shift and daily paperwork using the company’s POS system and ensures all cash and funds are handled securely
- Uses appropriate checklists to ensure assigned duties for opening, closing, change of shift, and early outs are completed
- Maintains adequate supply of all menu items and prepared product throughout the duration of their assigned shift
