When starting out with us you will become and pro on the bar and/or floor and if willing and keen we will progress you into the management team and take you through all the training required.

Responsibilities:

This position really is your chance to shine! This fast paced role requires you to work both the floor and behind the bar. You will be providing an absolutely outstanding experience to the tables within your designated area, by charming all our customers so that they have a beyond memorable experience. You will also pour and whip up drinks for our clientele, maintaining the highest of standards creating memorable and charming experiences.
We love it when our customers come back for more, and their experience all begins with you!

Your floor responsibilities include:

  • Introducing yourself to every customer and completing the selling system.
  • Completing opening and closing systems for the floor.
  • Assisting the sales manager when required.
  • Ensuring the floor area and tables are immaculate and set up as per the floor plan.
  • Follow all host responsibility systems.

Your bar responsibilities include:

  • Greeting (and charming!) customers.
  • Making, serving and selling cocktails, coffees, shots, bottled, mixed drinks and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Setting up the bar for busy periods and completing the opening / closing systems including cleaning and maintaining bar service areas.
  • Promoting products and upselling.
  • Washing glassware, arranging bottles and glasses as well as tapping kegs and attaching supply lines.
  • Handling customer payments
