ABOUT US: We are TRIB3; a multi-boutique studio bringing people together worldwide through next-level HIIT and Reformer workout experiences. We do this through our family of studios, our team, franchise partners and global fitness community. Every member of the team family plays a vital role in our mission to build a global fitness community where anyone can belong.
ABOUT THE ROLE: As part of our Experience Team, you are responsible for the delivery of the highest standard of customer service to all members and guests. You will be responsible for welcoming, checking-in and assisting our members, selling retail items, session credits and memberships. As the part of the Experience Team, you will be responsible for the following:

Studio Experience & Sales

• Attend to members and guests, ensuring they receive a next level experience, this includes greeting, assisting and checking-in our members.
• Lead by example and provide outstanding next-level customer service, in person, over the phone and via email.
• You will be responsible for communicating with our members, up-selling SWEAT Bands, PILAT3S socks, accessories, session credits and monthly memberships.
• Drive sales to meet the targets that have been given by the Studio/Duty Manager.

Studio Operations

• You will be responsible for delivering all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) whilst on shift and ensuring the studio looks and feels next level at all times.
