We’re looking for a passionate and energetic Front of House (FOH) Supervisor to join our team and help us deliver an unparalleled guest experience in this exciting environment.

What You’ll Do:
As the Front of House Supervisor, you will oversee a team of up to 15 FOH staff members, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in our restaurant and bar. You’ll play a key role in shaping the guest experience, maintaining our high standards, and leading your team to success. From handling guest inquiries to assisting during rushes, your leadership will be crucial in keeping things running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a smooth guest experience by greeting, serving, addressing concerns, resolving complaints, cashing out, and encouraging repeat visits.
  • Build a collaborative relationship between FOH and Back of House (BOH).
  • Maintain adherence to company policies, health and safety standards (including Food Safety and alcohol service regulations like Pro Serve/Serve It Right), and employment regulations.
  • Investigate and resolve daily service issues and customer complaints.
  • Oversee FOH operations during shifts, identifying service gaps and suggesting improvements.
  • Participate in and champion marketing and promotional initiatives.
  • Assist with catering and special events outside of regular business hours.
  • Lead, mentor, and train FOH staff, fostering a positive and productive environment.
  • Assist with tasks such as stocking and stepping in to support FOH staff during busy times.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a FOH role, ideally with leadership experience.
  • A high school diploma is required; a college diploma in Hospitality or a related field is a bonus.
  • Experience using a POS system is an asset.
  • Pro Serve/Serve It Right and Food Safety certifications are required.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
