Front of House Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous Restaurant Management experience - 2 years in a full service bar/dining room environment
• Experience as a Server and/or Bartender - 5+ years
• Knowledge of wine, beer and spirts
• Scheduling experience
• Knowledge of reservation and POS systems
• Previous reservation management experience
• Open availability including evenings/weekends

Experience:

• Serving: 5 years (required)
• Restaurant Management: 2 years (required

• Hosting our guests and being a part of their EVOO experience
• Managing the front of house to ensure service standards are met and exceeded
• Scheduling and managing labour to meet targets
• Oversee completion of cleaning/side duties to maintain all service areas
• Oversee general restaurant cleanliness and maintenance
• Complete and follow up on employee performance reviews
• Ensure adherence to all cash handling procedures
• Managing reservations and all reservation and group booking requests
• Assisting with catering orders/inquiries
• Guest recovery when necessary
• Responding to guest feedback through multiple platforms
