JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and hospitality, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth front-of-house operations.
EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and customer service.
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and POS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Experience with interviewing and hiring front-of-house staff is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints.
- Oversee dining room setup, cleanliness, and organization.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality control.
- Train new employees on service standards, menu items, and POS systems.
- Monitor inventory levels for front-of-house supplies and place orders as needed.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions, reconcile daily sales, and prepare reports for management.
