As our Front of House Manager, you’ll be joining our team to nurture and grow this unique property. In this role, you’ll be responsible for fulfilling our brand promise and embodying our brand values by providing heartfelt service, leading with creativity and ambition, as well as creating surprising experiences for our teams members, and guests every step of the way.

Responsibilities:

As our Front of House Manager you will build, lead and motivate the front office team to deliver exceptional heartfelt service and create memorable guest experiences. You will be responsible to recruit for your team, oversee the pre-opening preparations and training for the front office team, ensuring to that they are well-prepared to provide top-notch service from day one.
Reporting into our General Manager, you will implement and maintain front office policies, procedures, and standards to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Together, you will develop and maintain front office budgets and help the team deliver on various targets including, upselling, guest satisfaction and financial targets.
Within your role, you will work closely with other hotel departments such as Housekeeping, Security and Engineering to ensure seamless communication and collaboration for a successful pre-opening and beyond. In order to be successful within your role, it is key for you to stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to continually improve the front office department’s operations.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality with proven experience as an Assistant or Front Office Manager or in a similar hotel. In order to be successful within the role, we seek an individual with exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to set up and lead the Front Office team to success.
