Rabobank’s Shared Services team has an opening for a Front of House Manager. This role is based in Sydney & has arisen due to an internal move within the business.
The Front of House Manager plays a leading role in the daily management of client service in our Sydney head office. The role will manage day-to-day support on our client floor, including Reception, catering, onsite events, client floor coordination & mail room function. This role has a large number of customers & stakeholders all with varying requirements.
Responsibilities:
Front of house
- Manage all daily operations of the Front of House Team including but not limited to oversight of Reception & Mail Room functions, inbound & outbound phone calls & requests, barista/catering requirements for meetings, problem-solve any minor Audio-Visual issues that arise within the Front of House spaces, & engaging with the business Executives & Executive Assistant’s
People management
- People leadership of a team of 3
- Development, coaching, conducting performance reviews & guiding with the team’s development plans & ambitions
Event Management
- Ensure functions, events & meetings held onsite are managed effectively
- Engage with business units to organise workplace events such as team drinks, fundraising & sustainability events
- Room set up including chair/table configurations and Audio-Visual requirements
Vendor / Supplier Management
- Procurement & Stock Control for catering services
- Invoice Processing & budget planning/management
Facilities Management
- Management of reactive maintenance contracts & assisting with ongoing management of supplier SLAs across services such as essential services, cleaning, general maintenance, security monitoring, electrical
- Managing contractor attendance including base building contractors to ensure minimal disruption to the office space in particular the client floor
