Description:
Front of House Receptionist
CPASE Health Club is an exciting exclusive member’s only destination in Cheshire, near Mobberley, Knutsford, with state-of-the-art fitness equipment and wellbeing facilities.
We are looking for an experienced friendly Front of House Receptionist to join our team. You’ll be the face of CPASE welcoming and constantly engaging with our members to ensure that each and every members requests are dealt with efficiently and professionally.
You will need to have an outgoing and friendly personality with a natural flare for excellent customer service: someone who is able to build up a rapport with our members.
The role will operate on a 4 days on and 4 days off basis.
When the shift pattern falls on a Monday to Friday, the hours of working are 10:00 until 22:00. Saturday and Sunday hours of working will be 06:00 until 18:00.
Salary: £24,000 to £26,000 depending on experience
14 days holiday. If the shift pattern lands on a bank holiday, you work the bank holiday but you will get an extra day’s holiday in replacement of it.

- Be able to provide excellent customer care consistently with a natural warmth and enthusiasm
- Ability to use Outlook, Word, Excel and our CRM software system is essential
- Attention to detail is paramount
- Be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any reasonable tasks as requested
- Experience in understanding, delivering and exceeding guest expectations
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Ensure that the agreed standard of personal presentation is adhered to at all times
- Great attitude and a willingness to be flexible in the fast paced nature of the business
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt according to business needs
- Passion for the upkeep of our brand and reputation
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
- Experience with CRM systems is preferred
- Confident in using different marketing and social media platforms. Such as Canva, Constant Contact, Tik Tok, Instagram and Facebook
- Proven ability to create engaging and creative marketing resources, including Instagram Reels, mailers, and other dynamic content to drive brand awareness and audience engagement
