Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

You will be based in an Southwark office that is steeped in history – the site used to be a warehouse for London’s booming spice trade. You will co-ordinate and work hand in hand with TSP’s Property and Facilities Management team to ensure the smooth running of the building.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Politely greet all visitors, ask who they are here to see, announce their arrival (to appropriate tenant), ask the visitor to sign in, check date and time are recorded and provide a visitor pass.
  • Deal with contractors when they arrive, ensure they sign correct sign in register.
  • Answer the telephone, monitor and respond to all emails received and add appropriate notes to calendar e.g. Agent viewing.
  • Provide access to Agents for the viewings of any suites being marketed.
  • Ensure the reception and communal areas are maintained to a clean and tidy standard.
  • Order supplies and stationery for the reception.
  • Announce when tenants have post or parcels for collection.
  • Deal with arrangements of large deliveries on behalf of the landlord, Building Manager or TSP, providing access where required.
  • Maintain and develop tenant relationships and attend tenant meetings with the Building Manager.
  • Ensure tenants are kept up to date with property matters including distributing important updates to tenants e.g. updates on works
  • Assist with emergency evacuations of the building (both planned and unplanned) in accordance with policy document.
  • Carry out appropriate duties as requested by the Building Manager, Facilities Manager or Property Manager
