We are looking for a Receptionist for one of our clients, a high-quality business environment in a fantastic location in Reading, Berkshire, with first-class on-site amenities, enjoyed by over 7,000 people already on the park. Our client’s range of office accommodation gives forward-thinking businesses the ability to flex and the space to perform well. Transport facilities for this role are excellent if you do not drive with frequent and rapid bus services to and from the train station, with Green Park station open with a train straight into the park, getting to and from work could not be any easier.
As a Front of House Receptionist for this prestigious site, you will be the first point of contact for any visitors or customers visiting therefore you will be expected to maintain a friendly, professional manner always and provide a 6* customer service to anyone who approaches. This role is based on our site in Green Park, however, you will be expected to be flexible and cover our other two sites based in Reading.
This position is based in a corporate environment therefore you will need to ensure you maintain a high level of efficiency in all circumstances and situations. Our customer’s need is our number one priority therefore it is important you maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a friendly welcoming atmosphere for those who enter the building.
