This role sits within our Security business division which provides physical security guarding, access control, alarm systems and perimeter property protection, CCTV, mobile surveillance, and ANPR Technology services to a wide range of prestigious clients.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Days of Working: Monday to Friday, with additional weekend working when required.
AS PART OF YOUR ROLE, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Managing access to buildings providing exceptional customer service to visitors, dignitaries and tenants
- Ensure the security of the buildings through visual inspection and monitoring CCTV systems
- Patrolling the premises and looking out for suspicious activity and reporting any concerns
- Liaising with mail delivery, courier services and contractors where requires ensuring the guest experience is not compromised
- Administer emergency first aid care in the event of an emergency
- Customer focused delivering excellent customer service
