Responsibilities:
- All work with the OPERA hotel system
- Acceptance of telephone calls and any correspondence with guests
- Cash activities including currency exchange
- Ensuring smooth workflows throughout the front desk area
- Check-in and check-out by our guests
- Shift management in the early and late shift in the absence of the manager
- Organization of departmental meetings
- Carrying out trainings
- Compliance with all The Ritz-Carlton standards
