· Responsible for supervision of Food and Beverage offerings.
· Maintains a high level of member contact throughout service hours.
· Knowledge of and ability to perform required role during emergency situations.

· Develop and implement programs to increase revenues and increase average spend.

Responsibilities:

· Plans dining room set-up based on anticipated guest counts and client needs.
· Monitors and maintains reservations, checks table reservation schedules.
· Ensures all members and guests are greeted upon arrival.
· Ensures Food and Beverage employees are in proper and clean uniforms at all times.
· Assists with processing weekly beverage, sundry and linen orders. Ensures the maintaining of par stocks.
· Produces daily revenue analyses and other reports from point of sale (POS).
· Receives and resolves complaints concerning dining room service.
· Serves as liaison between the dining room and kitchen staff.
· Promotes proactive response approach in all Food and Beverage Operations.
· Assures that all side-work, cleaning of equipment and storage areas is completed.
· Directs pre-shift meetings with dining room personnel.
· Able to lead staff through settling conflicts as they arise.
· Assures the correct appearance, cleanliness and safety of Food and Beverage areas.
· Checks the maintenance of all Food and Beverage equipment and report deficiencies.
· Makes suggestions about improvements to Food and Beverage operations.
· Assures that the Food and Beverage areas are secure at the end of the business day.
· Collaborates with the Club’s marketing program to develop and enhance dining experience.
· Attends scheduled staff meetings.
· Provides input for operating budget.
· May serve as club’s opening and closing manager or manager on duty.
· Assists in developing wine lists and beverage promotions.
· Assures that local laws and the club’s policies and procedures for the service of alcoholic beverages are consistently followed.
· Performs other appropriate assignments and projects as required.
· Ensures inventory controls are in place and enforced.
· Disciplines employees for noted infractions of standards using official disciplinary forms and documentation provided by the Club.
· Leads by example.
