Job Description
RESPONSABILITIES
- Streamline Communication: Represent the organization as the primary contact point for all stakeholders, ensuring smooth interactions and timely responses.
- Efficient Query Resolution: Manage all incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring queries from employees and vendors are addressed swiftly and effectively.
- Organizational Efficiency: Coordinate employee schedules and manage conference room bookings to ensure optimal resource allocation and reduced scheduling conflicts.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Accounting teams to manage contracts, employee benefits, and recruitment processes.
- Enhance Positive Experience: Ensure high-quality customer service and support during events, helping create positive interactions for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Office Management and Safety Compliance: Oversee office supply management, travel arrangements, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols.
