Job Description

Responsibilities:

You will ensure the highest possible standards of efficiency and professionalism in Front Office Guest Services. You will wow our guests with your welcoming smile, bubbly personality and ability to think outside the box. You will ensure that guests are welcomed warmly and are efficiently checked-in and checked-out. You will also be responsible for any incoming phone calls to the property and delight with your familiarity of all accommodation offerings and services.
