RAC Cervantes Holiday Park is a beach lover’s paradise situated two hours from Perth and offers the ultimate family holiday getaway in WA’s stunning Coral Coast.
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Front Office Attendant to join our friendly team on a casual basis. This role would be ideal for a local or someone looking to relocate from Perth - accommodation is available at a reduced cost allowing the right candidate to live and work on-site.

What does every day look like for you?

You will spend your days:

• Providing exceptional customer service at the front office, providing all guests a warm welcome to the holiday park, and assisting with all aspects of their stay.
• Answering incoming phone calls and aiding over the phone and via email.
• Assisting groups with their bookings and stay at the park, including for school groups, weddings and events.
• Assisting with general operations of the park.

What are we looking for?

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Previous experience in administration highly regarded.
• Previous experience using NewBook or other guest reservation software (highly regarded but not essential)
• Strong time-management, organisation and multi-tasking skills
