At our practice, we provide a full spectrum of dental services, including routine check-ups, cleanings, and advanced treatments such as veneers, teeth whitening, and implants. Our focus is on delivering exceptional, patient-centered care to ensure a positive experience with each visit.
We are currently looking for a dynamic, dependable, and enthusiastic Front Office Coordinator who is dedicated to helping create beautiful smiles.
Casual role: Days required - Mondays and Wednesdays and occasional Fridays
Job Description
- Greet patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor, making them feel comfortable and at ease.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage the dental practice calendar, ensuring optimal efficiency.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including updating personal information and treatment details.
- Handle patient inquiries, in person, online, and over the phone, providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist with financial processes, such as processing payments, managing insurance claims, and discussing treatment costs with patients.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless communication and workflow between the front office and clinical areas.
- Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organisation of the reception area and front office.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous front office coordinator experience.
- Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to empathise and communicate effectively with patients of all ages.
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail, enabling you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with dental practice management software.
- A friendly and positive attitude, even in high-pressure situations, to create a welcoming and supportive environment.
- Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills, as you’ll be working closely with both clinical and administrative staff.
