Our People & Culture team are now expanding, and we are hiring a Front Office Coordinator! You will be part of an innovative and inspiring team that supports and really cares about each other. This is a new role, and you will get the opportunity to form this together with the rest of the team.

Responsibilities:

As our Front Office Coordinator, you will be a cornerstone in our company. This role will be a central function in our office, where you will act a point of contact for both visitors and our employees. You are managing a lot of different tasks within these areas:

  • Reception: You will be responsible for professionally and kindly greeting, guiding and register our visitors and customers in our office, as well as answering our phone and redirecting them to the right person. You will also be handling all the incoming and outgoing post and packages, as well as scanning and archiving post.
  • Office space: In the office you will act as a central point of contact for anything regarding the office space. This can be booking conference rooms for external visitors, making sure the office supplies are filled up, and making sure that the kitchen and other common spaces meet our standards. You will coordinate when suppliers come to the office for repairs or other office services.
  • Intranet: You will be responsible for updating and maintaining the intranet and keeping it up to date with relevant information for our employees. You will make sure that all of our templates and forms are up to date, or guiding the owner of the documents how to update them, and follow through.
  • Projects & Events: In this role, you will be a part of many projects and help with ordering supplies to our events and conferences. You will be handling different logistic tasks and coordinate the deliveries to make sure they’re on time.
  • Culture: You will be a part of the People & Culture team, and we see that this position will include culture building activities as well as contributing to a positive, inspiring and sustainable work environment.

You will be placed at our HQ in Hornstull Stockholm and report to our Global Office Manager. The working hours are 8-17.
