Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Front Office Officer to join our team at our hotel. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local area
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with room reservations and bookings
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a front office or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
