JOB DESCRIPTION:
As an FO trainee you will ensure accurate and efficient running of the Front Desk. Respond to Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner. Understand thoroughly all hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Team working.
- Verifying guests’ registration information, processing payments, issuing room keys, and directing guests to rooms.
- Performing duties on a daily checklist.
- Collaborating and communicating with other internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction. (HSK/RES/F&B/Sales/Groups.)
- Receiving and delivering all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Complying with company procedures and safety policies.
