Job Description

Role Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Administrative Support and Front Desk Operations Assist in maintaining accurate guest records and files.
  • Handle incoming calls and redirect them as necessary.
  • Assist in managing room reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicate reservation details to other departments as necessary.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and promotions.
