Cheval Collection have an exciting opportunity for a Front Office Manager to look after two of our Cheval Residences in the prestigious locations of Knightsbridge and Sloane Square.
The successful candidate will be responsible for looking after the front office team and operations for this unique portfolio of apartments, town houses and mews. Experience in managing a front office team in a luxury hospitality environment and multi-site experience is essential as they will be managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of our guests.

Responsibilities:
AS FRONT OFFICE MANAGER, SOME OF YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE…………
- To manage multi-site property front office teams and operations, ensuring that service standards for both residences are met.
- To ensure the front office department is professional, and standards are consistent to provide a high level of customer focus.
- Develop the front office team’s skills through guidance and training
- To ensure service excellence is the culture within the front office operation
