Responsibilities:
- Maintains a Sensational Service Standard that embraces time as the ’new’ luxury, ensuring the delivery of ‘FIVE-Styled’ service promptly, exceeding the highest expectations - all while exuding the ‘Vibe at FIVE.’
- Utilises Interpersonal and Communication Skills to confidently lead, influence, and encourage others.
- Leads by example by advocating sound financial and business decision-making, and demonstrating unwavering honesty and integrity.
- Supervises and manages FIVE Tribe Members with a personalised approach, overseeing all day-to-day Operations with Exquisite Attention to Detail.
- Understands Team Members’ individual roles well enough to perform duties in their absence in order to ensure a seamless Guest Experience.
- Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with all FIVE Tribe Members, fostering a Harmonious Work Environment.
- Ensures that ‘FIVERs’ also cultivate this Camaraderie within the Team and regularly acknowledges and celebrates the achievements Manages the day-to-day Operations with a Focus on providing a Luxurious Experience that exceeds Guest Expectations and creates an Insta-Perfect Impression.
- Develops Specific Goals and plans to prioritise, organise, and accomplish all responsibilities and duties.
- Keeps the Front Office Team consistently focused to drive next-level Guest Satisfaction and achieve FIVE’s desired Financial Results.
- Conducts inspiring Department Meetings and continually communicates a clear and consistent message regarding the Front Office Goals to produce Boundary-Breaking Results.
- Reviews staffing levels to ensure that Guest Service, Operational Needs, and Financial Objectives are met efficiently.
- Understands the impact of Front Office Operations on Room, and the overall property’s Financial Goals.
- Ensures property policies are administered fairly and consistently, completing disciplinary procedures and documentation according to Standard and Local Operating Procedures (SOPs and LSOPs) while supporting the Peer Review Process.
- Identifies and analyses Front Office operational challenges and facilitates the development of disruptive solutions to prevent reoccurrence, elevating the ‘FIVE-Star’ Guest Experience.
- Embraces the FIVE Journey and celebrates the Behind-The-Scenes ‘Vibe at FIVE’ to rejuvenate and energise the FIVE Tribe.
- Drives the FIVE Ethos by celebrating exciting announcements, making every ‘FIVER’ feel part of the industry-leading Front Office Team.
