Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
Managing the Front Office operations ensuring exceptional guest service
Assisting in the development and achievement of sales targets in line with the annual budget through the generation of sales leads
Responsible for the Front Office team from recruitment to ensuring that departmental targets are met. This is done by providing feedback to staff on a regular basis and conducting selection, evaluation and performance reviews.
Ensuring that all customer enquiries and bookings are dealt with promptly, courteously and efficiently
Ensuring that the team are trained and aware of how to deal with and effectively resolve customer complaints when they arise
Maximizing sales through up-selling, utilizing incentives and promotions and most importantly ensuring guest loyalty
JOB EXPERIENCE
To be successful in this role, you have experience in the hotel sector, preferably in a chain hotel. It is essential that you can work with reservation systems and have excellent communication skills.
