Responsibilities:
- Responsible management of the front office team: you organize and coordinate the day-to-day work of your dedicated team
- First-class guest service: Together with your team, you ensure that our guests feel welcome from the very first moment. You ensure a smooth check-in and check-out, answer questions and fulfill guest requests with warmth and professionalism.
- Organization and optimization: You keep track of all processes at reception and ensure that everything runs efficiently and well organized. You keep an eye on the team, optimize processes and support them in achieving their goals.
- Close cooperation with other departments: You coordinate the exchange with Housekeeping, Reservations, F&B, Accounting and Event Management to ensure our guests have a consistently positive stay. Communication and cooperation are particularly important to you.
- Quality assurance and complaint management: You monitor compliance with our service standards and deal with guest feedback. If there are any complaints, you act in a solution-oriented manner and ensure that our guests remember even difficult situations positively.
- Administrative responsibility: You will work closely with the accounting department, take responsibility for duty planning and coordinating your team’s vacations and ensure that the shift schedule is optimally staffed. The induction and training of new employees is also in your hands.
- Leadership and development: You lead your team with motivation and commitment, promote the individual development of your employees and organize regular training sessions to continuously improve the quality of service.
