Description:
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the smooth running of all term tasks in the front office area
- You are responsible for the satisfaction of our guests and this has top priority for you
- You control our standards, optimize them or introduce new standards if necessary and train the staff accordingly
- Together with your staff, you will design their success planning and active further development
- You prepare various business reports
- You ensure and control cost compliance in the department
- You participate in the strategic planning and goal setting of the hotel
- You act as a role model in leading and motivating your employees
- You take a pro-active role in recruiting your team and participate in job interviews
- You will conduct training, appraisal interviews and feedback sessions with employees
- You are responsible for a thorough and detailed induction of new employees
- You will participate in the rotating Manager on Duty system (including weekends)
