Description:

Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the smooth running of all term tasks in the front office area
  • You are responsible for the satisfaction of our guests and this has top priority for you
  • You control our standards, optimize them or introduce new standards if necessary and train the staff accordingly
  • Together with your staff, you will design their success planning and active further development
  • You prepare various business reports
  • You ensure and control cost compliance in the department
  • You participate in the strategic planning and goal setting of the hotel
  • You act as a role model in leading and motivating your employees
  • You take a pro-active role in recruiting your team and participate in job interviews
  • You will conduct training, appraisal interviews and feedback sessions with employees
  • You are responsible for a thorough and detailed induction of new employees
  • You will participate in the rotating Manager on Duty system (including weekends)
